Ikrotec has recently created a new, innovative Cloud system for BHT, a leading company in the metering field. BHT CLOUD has been created to simplify the monitoring of power consumption and cost allocation.

 

By merging the best features of the web with those of the most popular management programmes, BHT CLOUD makes it simpler for both the Administrator and the residents.This portal will eliminate useless paper and files, reduce the administrative costs and make the documentation (bills, payments, quotes, etc...) always available for the residents to look up. BHT CLOUD incorporates all the functions of cost allocation, especially those related to the heating and the hot grey water (both hot and cold), by making it possible to read the meters from remote and automatizing the billing process.

With just a few clicks the building Administrator will be able to enter the following details in the appropriate boxes:

>   Personal details of landlords and tenants;

>   List the properties and their thousandths;

>  Manage the meetings;

>   24/7 accessibility to monitor the status of various payments and anything else that can be useful to smoothly run a building;

The material stored in the database cannot be deleted or removed regardless of who the Administrator is at any moment. In case of small amounts, the administration of the website can be taken over by a delegate elected by the occupiers.
